Once you sign into your account you can quickly and easily make amendments and updates to your profile. No technical experience is required, and the website interface is simple and easy-to-use.
Your Community Space will research the latest trends in social media and apply the to attract new and different users to the website so you don’t have to manage that yourself.
With the click of a button you will be able to send the full details of your hall to potential users.
With enquiries being made online your profile will enable you to protect the security of your volunteers as their personal information will not be in the public domain.

One of the most important features of Your Community Space is our Geographical Search. As an example, in Flintshire there is a fantastic village hall called ‘The Old School Room’. It is located within 5 miles of Mold.
If you search with Google for village halls within 5 miles of Mold the search engine does not locate this hall.
This is because the hall is called ‘The Old School Room’ and you would already need to know that, for your search.
The hall is perfect for weddings, however even people with local knowledge do not know it’s there.
Community buildings have numerous names such as Village Hall, Community Centre, Community Hall, Parish Hall, Church Hall, Memorial Hall, People Centre, and the search engine has no way to differentiate between the different names.
