Who is responsible for your Personal Data?

Your Community Space, a company registered in England with company number 10149253 whose registered office is 3 Stadium Court, Plantation Road, Wirral, CH62 3QG ("YCS") is responsible for your personal Data and will comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 ("DPA") in respect of your personal data. This Privacy Policy outlines details of how YCS may process your personal data.

What information is collected about you and how is it collected?

  • YCS may collect data about you (including your name, address, telephone number, email address and financial information about the hall):
  • From you;
  • From YCS;
  • From third parties including YCS’s partners to decide about the various offers we may offer you on behalf of YCS.
  • Credit reference agency data may include public, electoral register, shared credit and fraud prevention information.

How will your personal data be used?

YCS will only use your data to:
  • Provide services to you on behalf of YCS, which may include a loan business support, services and products
  • Comply with our obligations under the law

Upon payment of a fee of £10 and by written request to the Data Protection Officer at:3 Stadium Court, Plantation Road, Wirral, CH62 3QGyou may access details of the data we hold about you.

You also have the right (without charge) to require YCS to correct any inaccuracies in your information,we encourage you to do so and to ensure the information YCS have about you is up to date.
